1. OUR COMMERCIAL POLICY
The Seller offers products for sale on www.isabelmarant.com and its e-commerce services are intended exclusively for adult end users, i.e. "consumers".
The term "consumer" refers to any individual acting for purposes other than commercial or professional. If you are not a "consumer", please do not make any purchases on www.isabelmarant.com.
The Seller reserves the right not to respond to orders from any person who is not a "consumer" or to orders that do not comply with its commercial policy, for example orders that are the subject of reports or suspected fraudulent or illegal activities. 2. CONDITIONS OF EXECUTION OF THE SALE AGREEMENT WITH THE SELLER IN ACCORDANCE WITH FRENCH LAW N° 2014-344 OF MARCH 17, 2014 RELATING TO CONSUMPTION
To execute the contract of sale of one or more products on www.isabelmarant.com, you must complete the online order form and send it to the Seller, electronically, following the instructions provided.

3. WARRANTY AND INDICATION OF PRODUCT PRICES
On www.isabelmarant.com, we only offer items bearing the Isabel Marant brand, purchased directly by the Seller from the fashion house and/or the manufacturer under license from the latter.
The Seller does not sell any used, defective or inferior products compared to the applicable market standards.
The essential characteristics of the products are presented on each of the product sheets on the website www.isabelmarant.com. However, it is possible that the images and colors of the products offered for sale on www.isabelmarant.com do not correspond exactly to the real items depending on the Internet browser and the screen used. On each product page, you can also check whether the item is available in an Isabel Marant boutique among those listed on www.isabelmarant.com, by clicking on the “Reserve in store” button. The staff of the pre-selected Isabel Marant boutique will contact you to confirm the availability of the items which will remain at your disposal for the next forty-eight (48) hours. In this case, the purchase will be concluded in store.
Product prices may vary. Before sending the order form, please check the final price indicated. If the Seller notices an error in the price indicated or in the calculation of the amount required at the time of payment, the Seller will reject the order and contact the user in order to give him the possibility of purchasing the product(s) concerned. at the right price.
Purchase requests from countries not included in the list of countries displayed on the home page cannot be accepted by the Seller.
All products are delivered with an identification tag attached with a disposable seal.
All items sold by the Seller are covered by a twenty-four (24) month warranty in the event of lack of conformity, as provided for by the legislation in force. You must inform the Seller of the existence of a lack of conformity within two (2) months from the day on which you noticed the said lack of conformity. Please contact our Customer Service.
If an item has a lack of conformity, you can either have it repaired or replaced.If these solutions are impossible to put into practice or seem disproportionate, you can ask the Seller to apply an appropriate reduction on the purchase price or demand the termination of the contract
As regards the payment of the price of the products and the costs related to shipping and delivery, you must follow the procedures indicated in the order form. Under no circumstances will you be charged for amounts greater than the prices displayed by the Seller, depending on the payment method you have chosen.
In case of payment by credit/debit card, all information (e.g. card number or expiry date) will be transferred, by means of an encrypted protocol, to Banca Sella or to other banks providing remote electronic payment services, without third parties being able to access them under any circumstances. This information will be used by the Seller only to carry out the procedures related to your purchase, or to issue refunds in the event of the return of the products, in accordance with your right of return, or if it proves necessary to report to the competent authorities the occurrence of fraud on www.isabelmarant.com. The prices for the purchase of the products and the shipping and delivery costs, as indicated in the order form, will be debited from your account at the time of the dispatch of the articles.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

You can choose to receive the items you have purchased at an address of your choice, or at any Isabel Marant boutique in your country, among those listed on the order form. If you have chosen to collect your items from an Isabel Marant boutique by clicking on the "Pick up in store" button, we will notify you by email of the date of arrival of your items in the Isabel Marant boutique. In this case, you have a maximum period of 10 days to collect the products purchased in the selected Isabel Marant store, from the date on which the aforementioned notification was sent to you.
In the event that the items are not collected within the aforementioned period of 10 days, the sales contract will be deemed to be automatically terminated. Consequently, it will no longer be possible to withdraw the items, which will be returned to the Seller by the shop staff. Following the termination of the contract for the sale of the item, you will obtain a refund of the amount paid, within the period indicated in our Return Policy.
When you go to the Isabel Marant boutique to collect your order, you must present the sales staff with a copy of the email confirming the delivery, as well as an identity document. If you ask another person to collect your order, they must present the delivery confirmation email, a photocopy of your identity document, a document in which you authorize them to collect the order and their own proof of identity. 8. REIMBURSEMENT DEADLINES AND TERMS
Regardless of the method of payment you used, the refund, total or partial, will be activated by the Seller as soon as possible, and in any case no later than fourteen (14) days from from the day on which the Seller has been informed of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, and after verification of compliance with the return procedures and confirmation of the satisfactory condition of the returned products.
The Seller will make the refund using the means of payment you used for the purchase of the returned products, unless you have expressly agreed with the Seller on a different means of payment, and on the condition that the reimbursement does not entails no additional cost for you. If the recipient of the products indicated in the order form does not correspond to the person who made the payment for the said products, in the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the refund will be paid by the Seller to the person who made the payment for the purchases. .
The value date of the credit will be the same as the original debit, which means that your bank interest will not suffer any loss.
9. PRODUCTS PURCHASED IN PRE-ORDER
In some cases, the Seller will give you the opportunity to pre-order one or more products that are not currently offered for sale on the www.isabelmarant.com website, as they are part of the new upcoming collection. The products offered for pre-order will be the subject of a special mention on their product sheets. The Seller will indicate for each item concerned the estimated shipping date and will send you a confirmation e-mail as soon as the package has been shipped. If your order contains both products already available and pre-order products, they will be shipped on different dates and you will only have to pay shipping costs once. If your order contains exclusively pre-order products, but delivered on different dates, then the products will be sent in a single package on the latest estimated shipping date.
Payment for pre-order products can only be made by credit card. Your bank account will not be debited until the products ordered have been sent. Once the order has been placed, the Seller will ask your bank to verify the information provided. Please note that confirmation of the validity of your card can be obtained by paying one euro (€1), subject to authorisation. This authorization is not a cost, and your account will not be debited until the products are shipped.
Unless otherwise specified in sub-section 9, these General Conditions of Sale fully apply to pre-order products.
11. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Without prejudice to the application of the mandatory provisions specified by the EU in terms of consumer protection, the General Conditions of Sale are governed by French law, more particularly the French Consumer Code.
In the event of a dispute between the Seller and a customer concerning the General Conditions of Sale and which cannot be resolved via the Seller's Customer Service, the Seller accepts a possible recourse to the alternative dispute resolution services made available consumers, as stipulated by French legislation (https://www.economie.gouv.fr/mediation-conso/saisir-mediateur#secteur%202).
We also inform you that the European Commission has a platform for out-of-court dispute resolution, accessible on the website http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
In the event of a dispute concerning orders and/or these General Conditions of Sale, the competent court will be considered to be the court of the place of domicile or residence of the consumer, in accordance with the applicable legislation, or, if the consumer makes the request, the court of Milan.
12. CHANGES AND UPDATE
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale are regularly amended and take account in particular of any changes in terms of legislation. The new General Terms and Conditions of Sale will apply from their date of publication on the website www.isabelmarant.com.
