DELIVERIES AND RETURNS

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY

Here's everything you need to know:

• We deliver to mainland France, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, Italy and Spain (except for the Canary Islands).
• Delivery takes a maximum of 5 working days
• We deliver to your home address or to the delivery point of your choice
• For deliveries in mainland France: Delivery costs are €4.90 (incl. VAT) (delivery to a delivery point), €6.20 (incl. VAT) (home delivery without signature) and €6.90 (incl. VAT) (home delivery with signature).
• For deliveries to Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands: Delivery costs are €4.90 (incl. VAT) (delivery to a relay point), €6.90 (incl. VAT) (home delivery without signature) and €8.90 (incl. VAT) (home delivery with signature).
• For deliveries in Spain: Delivery costs are €5 including VAT (delivery to a relay point) and €7.70 including VAT (home delivery without signature). Or €11 incl. VAT (delivery to a relay point) and €12.50 incl. VAT (home delivery with signature).`For deliveries in Italy: Delivery costs are €11 including VAT (delivery to a relay point) and €12.5 including VAT (home delivery with signature).
• The amount will be displayed when you pay for your order.

RETURN POLICY

• Returns are charged €5.
• For Italian return, you will need to organize it and Isabel Marant Vintage will refund the fee according to the proof of payment.
• You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your parcel to return an item free of charge.
  
• A module for generating a shipping label is available in your customer area, under the heading "My orders".
