WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TERMS?
Here's all you need to know:
- We only deliver in mainland France
- Delivery is by Colissimo
- The delivery time is 5 working days maximum
- We only deliver to your home
- The delivery cost is determined according to the weight of the product. The amount will be displayed when paying for the order
WHAT ARE THE RETURN TERMS?
- You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your package to return an item. Here is everything you need to know:
- A module for generating a prepaid label is available in your customer area in the “My orders” section. However, the return costs are your responsibility, they will be deducted from the amount refunded once the product has been received
- We do not make exchanges. Any returned product is refunded
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE A QUALITY PROBLEM WITH MY ITEM?
If you notice any non-compliance, you can contact ISABEL MARANT customer service at addressemailsav It will ask you to pass:
- Your order number
- Product name, color, size and EAN
- Comment specifying the problem encountered
- Pictures
- Remember to notify that it is a product of the second life offer to facilitate the processing of your request.

How the exchange program ISABEL MARANT VINTAGE
To be accepted, your product must be in good condition. Follow the online steps to select the products you wish to trade, create your account and fill in your information and we will send you a prepaid label. Return your packaged products to us in the box of your choice. Three sending options are available:
- Drop the package in your mailbox before 8:00 a.m. Make a request at www.laposte.fr/retourbal
- In post office (max 30kg)
- At a merchant in the La Poste network (max 20kg). List of drop-off points on www.laposte.fr/retour
Upon receipt of your package, our teams will check the condition of your product. If your products meet the requirements of the program, we will notify you by email within 15 days that a promotional code is waiting for you in your member area. Then use your promotional code to shop online at isabelmarant.com or at marant-vintage.com . If several of your products have been accepted, you will obtain one promotional code per product that can be used on the site isabelmarant.com within the limit of one code per order. If you wish to use your credit on the site marant-vintage.com, you can use all of your credit at once.
What are the conditions for participating in the exchange program?
- Offer is limited to ages 18+.
- Only products listed as eligible under our take-back terms will be accepted.
- All products must be clean, in good working order and salable.
- Products that are stained, damaged and/or in need of repair will not receive trade-in credit
- All products must be legally owned by the person receiving the trade-in offer.
- Credit for redeemed products will be issued as a promotional code for which a valid email address is required.
- Trade-in credit will be based on the original price of the products and their current condition. Product condition and trade-in value (if applicable) are determined at the discretion of ISABEL MARANT VINTAGE.
- These Terms and Conditions and accompanying FAQs are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.
Can I exchange any type of item?

Do you return items deemed ineligible?
We do not accept all products: products must be functional and fall within the framework defined by ISABEL MARANT VINTAGE. In order to minimize costs round trip shipping, we do not return any refused product. Products that have been refused will not be returned to you, they will be donated to an association or may be recycled.
How does the condition rating work for items I return?
We have several levels of status:
- Mint condition - these items have never been worn. They can come from customer feedback following exchanges, or from showroom, press feedback, quality tests or prototypes.
- Excellent condition: these items are practically new, with no signs of wear or visible defects.
- Very good condition: these items show only minor signs of wear.
- Good Condition: These items show moderate signs of wear. The products may show minor scratches, traces of repairs or normal wear and tear of the garment.
Under no circumstances may the product be in another state (damaged, worn, out of order, stained, punctured, deformed, dirty, cut labels, etc.).
Can I exchange items if I live abroad?
Not yet. We only buy products from people residing in France.
Can you send me packaging to ship my items?
Rather than sending you an empty package to send back to us (not really consistent with our approach), we ask that you find and use a bag or box available at your place to send us your products from opportunity. In the spirit of ISABEL MARANT VINTAGE's approach, extending the life of existing packaging is also a way of reducing our impact!
How much will I receive?
We send you a credit in the form of a promotional code worth 20-30% of the original new value of the products you send back to us. Product condition and trade-in value (if applicable) are determined by our team.
Can I get trade-in credit for all returned products?

What happens if I am not satisfied with the credit I receive?
Be sure to check the value of your products with our online simulator before sending them back to us. This way you ensure that we accept what you send us and you know the value of your products. Unfortunately, if the products you send us are non-functional or out of scope, we will not issue you credit. Products that have been refused will not be returned to you, they will be donated to an association or may be part of an upcycling process.
